Hiam has 8 years of experience both in sustaining, improving and transforming mature organization’s business operations, as well as setting up and building internal processes for early phase startups.
After completing an MA in International Business Management at Regent’s College in London, she has deepened her marketing and operations experience working with local and international clients from a wide range of industries such as internet (Google), telecommunications (A1, Tele2/Telemach), FMCG (Lactalis, Jana, Studena), or pharmaceuticals (Belupo, Sandoz), banking (OTP bank).

Filip Brzica
Filip currently works as a Community Moderator for RZLT. He has been exploring cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology for more than three years. Alongside working at RZLT, Filip is contributing to a Web3 community called Bande Balkana where he also acts as a community moderator.
Before joining RZLT, Filip had been working with Web3 startups as a community manager and a business developer, and also successfully completed the NEAR Balkans internship.
Filip is always on the lookout for new projects to explore and new communities to connect with.
