Luka Ciganek

Luka Ciganek serves as the CEO of RZLT and is a seasoned startup founder and executive, with a track record of successfully scaling businesses across Europe, Africa, India, and Australia. Holding a master's degree in IT engineering, he initiated an eSports startup in 2014, securing multiple investment rounds and expanding its presence throughout Africa. In 2018, Luka's eSports startup achieved listing on the Australian Stock Exchange, where he continued to drive advancements in technology and business development across Europe. Recognized as a young innovation leader through the YTILI Fellowship by the US State Department and GMF, he played a key role in establishing a network aimed at enhancing entrepreneurial ecosystems and fostering innovation opportunities between Europe and the USA.
