Developed as an AI-driven agent that enhances community engagement within the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) ecosystem by providing key development resources, answering user queries, and facilitating deeper engagement with ICP technology.
Developed as an AI-driven agent that enhances community engagement within the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) ecosystem by providing key development resources, answering user queries, and facilitating deeper engagement with ICP technology.
Challenge
To achieve this, we created Hera.icp, an AI agent designed for Twitter (X), serving as a resource hub for developers and newcomers entering the ICP ecosystem. The agent interacts with users by answering questions related to ICP, onboarding new developers, and engaging with the broader community. It provides key resources by delivering development tutorials, educational materials, and relevant insights into ICP’s infrastructure. Hera is fed with over 200 data points from multiple sources, including official documentation and relevant real-time data obtained through the Twitter API.
The AI framework and model utilization involve the use of ElizaOS as the API wrapper. Grok 3 from XAI powers the agent’s response capabilities, while Claude is leveraged for post creation and community engagement.

It has successfully engaged with multiple developers and newcomers, answering technical questions and providing guidance on building with ICP. Additionally, Hera regularly interacts with the ICP community and ecosystem players while producing thought leadership content.
Through Hera.icp, we have established a scalable and intelligent AI-powered interface for ICP HUB BULGARIA, positioning the agent as a vital tool for knowledge dissemination and community growth within the ICP ecosystem.
