In collaboration with Joomboos, a Gen-Z media agency, we created one of the first NFT activations in the CEE region for fans of The Outsiders TV Show, blending innovative NFT technology with engaging storytelling. To deepen fan engagement, they enlisted us to develop an NFT activation that offers exclusive value and community membership through the Outsiders NFT Club.

In collaboration with Joomboos, a Gen-Z media agency, we created one of the first NFT activations in the CEE region for fans of The Outsiders TV Show, blending innovative NFT technology with engaging storytelling. To deepen fan engagement, they enlisted us to develop an NFT activation that offers exclusive value and community membership through the Outsiders NFT Club.

Challenge

RZLT developed the overall strategy for the NFT collection, providing essential onboarding materials while advising on both the technological and creative aspects of the project. Our goal was clear: create an exclusive community centered around the TV show and introduce new, talented individuals to the web3 space.

In partnership with NEAR Protocol, we delivered a one-of-a-kind NFT experience that allowed users to mint their Outsiders NFT for free directly through non-custodial wallets. Each user received a randomly generated NFT that granted access to the vibrant world of The Outsiders, all designed with a user-friendly, seamless experience.

Challenge

In addition to the NFT launch, we produced a range of educational content to demystify web3 and blockchain for traditional web2 users, and we hosted panels and talks across social media platforms to further engage the community.

The impact of our efforts has been significant. The Outsiders NFT activation is now recognized as one of the biggest NFT initiatives in the CEE region—and the largest in Croatia. The campaign saw over 1,130 NFTs minted and more than 953 unique owners, with each episode of the TV show attracting an average of 500,000 views and the website reaching 341,000 users. This pioneering activation not only deepened fan engagement but also set a new standard for digital innovation in the region.
